How can I ensure the right fit for my helmet?

To determine the correct helmet size, measure the circumference of your head just above the eyebrows. A properly fitting helmet should feel snug but not overly tight, and it should not move when you shake your head.

What is your return policy?

We have a 3-day return policy, allowing customers to request a return within three days of receiving their item. The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.

How long does shipping take?

We offer next day delivery for orders placed before 8 PM. Orders made after this time will be delivered the following day.

Can I exchange my helmet for a different size or colour?

Exchanges can be facilitated by returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired size or colour. This process ensures you receive the correct item in a timely manner.

What should I do if my helmet arrives damaged?

If you receive a damaged or defective helmet, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and provide instructions on how to proceed with a return or exchange.

Self-collect only available in Singapore.

What is the self-collection process for my order?

For self-collection, you can pick up your order within 24 hours after placing it. Please ensure to contact us before 8pm if you wish to collect your order after 11:59pm. Any arrangements made after 8pm will be addressed the following day after 9am.

How do I place an order for self-collection?

To place an order for self-collection, simply select the self-collection option at checkout. Make sure to provide your contact details so we can confirm your collection time.

Can I change my order to self-collection after I have placed it?

Yes, you can change your order to self-collection as long as you contact us before the order is processed. Please reach out to us via WhatsApp to make this change.
